As part of this year’s Excellence in Economic Development awards, the Economic Development Association of Minnesota recognized Jingle All the Range with the Innovation Award at the EDAM Winter Conference in January 2023.
Jingle All the Range (JATR) was a joint marketing effort by the Iron Range Tourism Bureau and local stakeholders to promote 11 communities as a holiday destination. The marketing campaign included a website, social media package, and additional advertising for “The Holiday Hub” from Hibbing to Hoyt Lakes.
WDIO reported that JATR saw a return on investment in the form of increased local spending and higher attendance than organizers anticipated.
“We’re very honored that EDAM selected Jingle All the Range for this award,” Director of the Iron Range Tourism Bureau Beth Pierce told WDIO. “We can’t wait to see what kind of impact we can have next year.”
