East Range Housing Committee
In 2023, the East Range Joint Powers Board formed a housing cohort and received grant funding to participate in Minnesota Housing Partnership‘s Housing Institute program. A team of seven participants is now working to advance housing solutions on the East Range.
Seller Readiness Rehabilitation Program
Thanks to the generous support of Minnesota Housing Partnership, ERJPB is launching the Seller Readiness Rehabilitation Program to support sellers with the completion of home repairs that will allow homes to meet financing criteria. See full program criteria here.
