We’re grateful for the support and expertise of the individuals who contribute to the East Range Joint Powers Board as board members and in other administrative capacities. Many of our past and present collaborators are city administrators or have been involved in local administration for Aurora, Biwabik, Hoyt Lakes, and the Town of White.
