Recently renamed the North Main Business Center, the former Union Hall in downtown Aurora is available for purchase. With a 73’ x 105’ main level and a full basement, the building is located at 315 N. Main Street.

Highlights from the building’s history:

  • The Erie steelworkers originally built the building in 1959-1960.
  • An eight-lane bowling alley was added in 1964 in the lower level and operated for about 20 years before being dismantled.
  • In 2002, the building was transferred to the Aurora HRA and a new rubber ballast roof was installed.

A 58’ x 125’ asphalt parking lot located on the north side of the building accommodates about 20 cars. All the basement walls and foundation are poured concrete. The building has water and sewer through the city.
